Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Any returns made that do not meet these guidelines will be sent back to the customer, and the customer may be charged the delivery fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@haus-of-deco.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer must pay the returns shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For non-faulty products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if paid by us, will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a faulty or damaged product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order, provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery service with relevant insurance as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, sent by the customer.

Shipping

For non-faulty products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if paid by us, will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a faulty or damaged product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order, provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped in its original packaging that we sent out. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with relevant insurance as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, sent by the customer.

Art Prints

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

We offer returns only on unframed art prints. If you have ordered an unframed art print and wish to return it, please follow the process outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Framed art prints: Due to the delicate nature of framed items, we do not accept returns on orders that include frames. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Canvas art prints and framed canvas art prints: We do not accept returns on canvas art prints, as they are made to order and cannot be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process for Unframed Art Prints:

If you have purchased an unframed art print and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@haus-of-deco.com within 14 days of receiving the unframed art print.
  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

Return Shipping for Unframed Art Prints:

  • For eligible returns (unframed art prints), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure the art print is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned unframed art print is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days].
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

 Exclusions:

  • Canvas art prints and framed art prints are not eligible for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • As all our art prints are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the production process has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
